As I was filming graffiti and murals in Skid Row I got to meet and learn about the following:
A Christian Korean group flew all the way from Korea to Los Angeles to sing and feed the homeless. In that group, I met Joseph Busto an African American who lives in Korea and sings in Korean, and has become very popular.
Darrell Fields (aka Mr Guitar), a 62 year old well-known musician in Downtown LA was set on fire whilst inside his tent by a guy who said he owed him 10 dollars. The next day Darrell Fields sadly passed away. R.I.P. Darrell Fields
